craftsmanship, and community. Our online store runs through Big Cartel, bringing authentic pieces

straight from our hands to yours.

2. Product Info - Every cap and garment is made with attention to detail — what you see is what you

get.

- Colours or fit might vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or product run.

- Limited drops mean once it’s gone, it’s gone. Move quick.

3. Orders & Payments - Orders are processed securely through Big Cartel checkout.

- We accept all major cards and other payment options supported by Big Cartel.

- You’ll receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase goes through.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if there’s a payment or stock issue.

4. Shipping All orders ship from:

- Orders ship within 2–4 working days after purchase.

- UK delivery: approx. 2–5 working days.

- International (including the US): approx. 7–14 working days, depending on customs.

- Tracking details will be emailed once your order’s on the way.

- We’re not responsible for customs delays or issues once it leaves the UK.

5. Returns & Exchanges We understand sometimes things don’t fit right.

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

- Customers cover return shipping unless the item’s faulty.

- Refunds or swaps are processed once the returned item is checked.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order shows up damaged or doesn’t arrive, email
